Payment information
- Any payment must be made upfront. Work will not begin until the transaction is complete.
The only accepted currency is EUR through PayPal. Beware of foreign exchange rates. - The gallery does not refund any commissions outside of emergency cancellations. Therefore, before contacting us, be sure of what to commission, and be aware that you will be contacted multiple times in order to steer us in the right direction during the artistic process.
Reaching out
- Inquiries are to be sent to 9girlz2009@gmail.com whenever our Gallery is open. Mails sent during downtime will be ignored.
- In said messages, be sure to explain your order clearly, and if the commission requires it, link clear reference images.
- Your commission will appear after 1-4 weeks.
- Before entering production, you will be sent preliminary sketches. Please be truthful and point out any changes you’d like to see, or anything noteworthy for us to keep in mind.
Accepted subjects
- Original characters (humanoids, monsters, robots / mechs)
- Pre-existing characters
- Mild gore (wounds, blood, organs, anything abstract enough, etc.)
- Grotesque
Barred subjects
- Furries / Anthros
- Complex robots / Mechs
- Extreme gore (Explicit mutilation, splatter, etc.)
- NSFW outside of gore (Nudity, pornographic contents, fetish contents)
- Anything bigoted or that implies hate towards a specific group of people
- Anything that could depict underage subjects in a sexual light
